At TAXA Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
